Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, photography has become another way for me to explore calm, stillness and our connection with the natural world.
The Art of Calm is a collection of fine-art photographs created predominantly along the beautiful Cornish coastline. Using long exposures, soft light and the movement of water, I aim to create images that bring a sense of space, tranquillity and quiet into a room.
Each photograph is available as a high-quality fine-art print, created to be enjoyed in the home, workplace, therapy room, hotel or other peaceful interior.
